graduated from Sokhumi branch of I. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (Faculty of Economics and Management) in 1994. In 2003 she got the PhD degree in economics. Her research thesis concerned the issues of innovation market management. Ms. Dikhaminjia has participated in several international scientific conferences and forums at different European countries and has attended internships in leading European universities.
Her fields of scientific research interests are related to such issues as leadership, organizational change management and human resources management.
