Khatuna Tabagari is a PhD student of the faculty of economics and business (economic program) at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. Now She works on the dissertation theme: Possibility of Cooperation of EU-Georgia-Iran in Energy Sector (on the example of oil and natural gas). She is also a researcher at the department of Iran in Institute for Georgia’s Neighbourhood Studies. Contemporary, she is a consultant of Tax Code of Georgia at Revenue Service (Georgian and English languages). She was awarded with certificate of appreciation as a best employee.

She was born on August 19, 1991. She graduated from Technical University of Georgia,Bachelor’s Degree with honours in social sciences and Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Master’s Degree with honours (Economic) too. As she was a successful student, she became a scholar of President of Georgia several times at Bachelor’s Degree and Tbilisi Municipally twice at Tbilisi State University, her studying was also financed twice from Tbilisi State University.

Khatuna has actively participated in conferences since 2012. She has written articles, including with Mr. Professor Alexander Tvalchrelidze and published peer-reviewed journal.

She also conducted trainings of Tax Code of Georgia and lecture of Georgia-EU trade.
