Tamila Nutsubidze is an independent consultant and an educator. In the U.S. she worked and collaborated with the Center for Retirement Research at Boston College. She also taught management studies and contributed to the internationalization of a business curriculum at Fisher College in Boston. In Georgia, Nutsubidze worked and collaborated with higher educational institutions and government agencies, such as the Parliament of Georgia.

Nutsubidzes research focuses on developing economies with specific emphasis on capital markets development, pension reforms, and social protection. Nutsubidze earned a doctorate in economics from the St. Petersburg State University of Engineering and Economics. She has been awarded the U.S. Government, Fulbright Program Grants in 2014-15 and 2018-19.
