Rusudan Sreseli was born on June 14, 1983. In 2004 she graduated from Tbilisi State University with a specialization in accounting, analys and audit, and received a bachelors degree, in 2006 she was awarded a masters degree in the same specialty. She has published more than 10 scientific works (both in Georgia and abroad).

Rusudan Sreseli worked as a tax consultant, senior consultant and manager in Georgian and International auditing companies.

Since 2013, she acts as a director of TBA Group, which provides tax and business consultation services for both Georgian and foreign companies.
