She was born on January 16, 1991. She graduated from the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration in the areas of Bachelor of Economics, Bachelor of Jurisprudence, Master of Economics and Management. She published more than 185 scientific articles (both in the Russian Federation and abroad).
Spheres of hi scientific activity are: management of changes in the economy of the municipal formation, digital transformation of the economy, technology of territories, macroeconomic theory in the realities of modern management.
She was awarded the Russian Academy of Sciences medal, Catherine II "For the Labor of Retribution" medal, the International Foundation N.D. Kondratieff medal.
