He was born on August, 19, 1981 and graduated from Sukhumi branch of Tbilisi State University in 2002 with Major in economics. After receiving Master Degree with honours from Tbilisi state University in 2017, He continued his studies at the same university at PhD level and currently is PhD student in macroeconomics. Levan held various position in public sector and currently is Deputy Head of Service Department at Revenue Service of Georgia.
His research and academic interests cover the topics such as Economics, Macroeconomics, Taxation (Tax Burden), Economic growth and development.
