Doctor of Public Economics, Assistant Prof. at the Black Sea International University, Invited Lecturer at the Ilia State University and the University of Georgia; Head of Macroeconomic Analysis and Tax Policy Unit at the Parliamentary Budget Office of Georgia; Trainer at the Academy of Ministry of Finance of Georgia.
He was born on July 30, 1984. He has obtained his Ph.D. degree at the Catholic University of Milan (UniversitàCattolica del SacroCuore). He has successfully completed International Monetary Fund’s training courses in macroeconomics, public finance, macro-fiscal modelling and forecasting issues in Austria and USA; He was invited as a macro researcher at the Policy Research Institute by the Ministry of Finance of Japan.
His primary research interests are: Macroeconomics, Econometrics, Forecasting, Time-Series Analysis, Monetary and Fiscal Policies.
