Born in 1973; She graduated from Kutaisi Technical University in 1995. She at different times worked at Kutaisi Engineering Institute and at Kutaisi Akaki Tsereteli State University. She is a PhD of public administration; invited lecturer of ATSU. In 2017-2018 she was a researcher at Georgian Technical University, at Research Institute of Public Administration (RIPA). She has published 9 works, out of which 2 books are published. She has a husband and three children. Scientific Research Fields: Problems of Effective Public Management at Municipal and Regional Levels, International Security.
