Doctor of Philosophy in Economics, Lecturer at the Department of World Economy, Faculty of International Relations and Economics, Baku State University (BSU).

Born in 1969 in the city of Baku, in an intellectual family. In 2005, she graduated with honors from the Masters program at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, specializing in "Legal Regulation of the Economy." From 2012 to 2016, she was a doctoral student at the Institute of Economics of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan. Since 2015, she has been working as a full-time lecturer at Baku State University. Her areas of teaching expertise include global economy, WTO, TNCs, international trade, and the economy of Azerbaijan.

In 2017, she defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic "Regulation of Tourism Infrastructure Development in the Republic of Azerbaijan" at Baku State University. In 2018, she received a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Economics. In 2020, she enrolled in the Azerbaijan State Economic University (ASEU) for the Doctor of Science program. The topic of her research is "Issues in the Development of Event Tourism in the Regions of Azerbaijan."

She is the author of over 65 scientific articles published in Azerbaijan and abroad - Russia, Georgia, France, England, Portugal, Austria, America, Poland, Spain, the Czech Republic, Norway, and Lebanon. Additionally, she has written 1 monograph, 17 educational programs, 3 educational-methodical guides, and 1 textbook. In 2022, she became the winner of the "Scientist of the Year" competition among employees of the Baku State University, dedicated to the "Day of Science" (March 27) in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
