PhD in Economics. He was born on October 03, 1990. Since 2021, he is working as lecturer at the Department of Finance and Accounting at Yerevan State University (YSU). In 2011 he graduated from Yerevan State University, Faculty of Economics and received a bachelors degree.
2011-2013 entered the «Center for European Studies» and received a masters degree. In 2016 he completed his Ph.D. topic: "Modern problems of ensuring the financial stability in the RA" and received the scientific degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences.
He is the author of 15 scientific articles and manuals.
