Born in January 11, 1966, he graduated from the Tbilisi State Medical University, specialty physician pediatrics, Faculty of International Business at Tbilisi Iv. Javakhishvili State University, Center for Health Economics at York University. He has been published more than 70 works in Georgian and International referencing scientific journals and 10 books, including "Health Care System in Georgia" (2017), "Health Care Economics and Insurance" (2009), "Health Sociology Funds" (2017), "Insurance Fundamentals" (2017), Health Care System in Georgia (2000).
The areas of his scientific activities are: health policy, healthcare economics, health sociology, insurance business
