PhD, David Sikharulidze is an Associated Professor at Tbilisi State University. He is an expert at the Center for Educational Quality Enhancement. He has published more than 50 scientific articles. He is an Invited Expert and Advisor at the Georgian Parliament. Economical Expert for international organization – International Alert (UK). At different times he has been a high level authority at governmental and private institutions. For qualification improvement reasons has participate at exchange programs at Kansas University and Metropolitan State University (USA) and at University of Tartu (Estonia). He has published around 50 scientific articles on the topic of international business and economics.
