She was born on September 8, 1978 in Abkhazia, Georgia. Has published up to 10 scientific papers in Georgian and foreign languages. She is a co-author of Internal auditseveral guidelines and methodologies.
She hasmore than 20 years of practical experience in the public service, the last 10 years is actively involved and coordinating the public finance management (PFM) reform in Georgia, in particular within the framework of public internal financial control (PIFC) system, the process of institutional development and strengthening of internal audit in public administration, as a qualified internal auditor and trainer.
In the academic area, it has to be mentioned She is a lecturer delivering classes of Internal Audit as the Discipline.
With her coordination and involvement of foreign experts, pilot projects of internal audit at the central ministries as well as at municipal level have been successfully implemented.
She is currently working as Deputy Head of the Public Internal Control Department of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia.
Hersphere of operation includes: Coordination of public internal financial control reform in public administration, support of institutional and methodological development of internal audit in public sector of the country.
