Nino Paresashvili is an Associate Professor of the Department of Management and Business Administration at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Economics and Business, at the same time she currently holds the position of Deputy Dean of the Faculty.
She has published numerous scientific works, lecture courses, basic and supporting guides. Her research fields are different management directions, namely: General Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Conflict and Negotiation Management, Project Management, Cross-cultural Management, etc. In the above-mentioned disciplines, she conducts lecture-seminars for bachelors and master students. She is a member of the editorial and organizing committee of different international scientific conferences. Nino is the editorial board member of the international referential and reviewed, scientific-practical journals. Nino Paresashvili is a participant of many international and national conferences.
