He was born on 23rd of April, 1947. He has graduated from Institute of zooveterinary science of Georgia majoring in the educational livestock specialist. He has published more than 100 works (as in Georgia, and the abroad) including 5 monographs.
Spheres of his scientific activities are: economic theory, management of agro-industrial complex, sector economy.
