Ph.D in economics, Associate Professor. Elshan Ali oglu İbragımov was born in 1977, and in 1993, after graduating from school, he entered the university. After receiving his bachelors degree in 1997 and his masters degree in finance and credit in 1999, in the same year he began his scientific and teaching career at the Azerbaijan Cooperation University (ACU).
In 2007 he defended his dissertation at the Institute of Economics of ANAS and received the degree of candidate of economic sciences, in 2011 he was awarded the title of associate professor by the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
He is the author of four textbooks and teaching aids, one monograph, over one hundred scientific articles, dissertations and curricula.
Ibragimov E.A, Associate Professor of the Department of Finance and Banking, currently works as the Dean of the Faculty of Economics pf ACU. He is a doctoral student in the doctoral program of the Institute of Economics of ANAS.
