He was born on August 24, 1992 in the city of Tkibuli. In 2014, he graduated from Akaki Tsereteli State University with a bachelors degree in business administration, and in 2016, he graduated from the same university with a masters degree in the same direction. Since 2020, he has been a doctoral candidate in the doctoral program of Kutaisi University. In 2019, he was a guest teacher at Kutaisi University and lectured on the "State Procurement" course, and since 2020 he has been an affiliated assistant at the same university.
The fields of scientific research are: macroeconomics, public finance and economic and financial aspects of state management.
