Was Born on March 17, 1953. He Graduated from Tbilisi State University, majoring in economic cybernetics. He has published more than 150 scientific papers (both in Georgia and abroad), including three own-authored and five collective monographs, as well as auxiliary textbooks and three brochures. Citation index: Google scholar – 562 (h=13); Scopus-70 (h=5); Web of Science – 38 (h=3); Research Gate – 401 (h=11).
Areas of scientific activity: institutional economics, macroeconomics, econometrics, economic growth, green economy, innovative entrepreneurial policy, strategic management.
