Caucasus International University, PhD Student. In 2014, I was enrolled at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, the Faculty of Economics and Business, majoring in Management. In 2016-2018, I simultaneously completed an additional educational program in the field of auditing. After completing my Bachelors degree, I continued my studies at the same university at the Masters program, at the same faculty, majoring in Business Organizational Management. In 2020, I continued my studies at the doctoral program at the Caucasus International University, Faculty of Business. The thesis covers the topics of organizational culture development and Human Resources Management. On May 21, 2021, at the Youth Conference organized by the National Human Resources Association and the HR Research Laboratory, I presented the topic "Difference of organizational cultures in a regional context", where I was named the best speaker.
