He was born on May 23, 1987. He graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, majoring in economics. He has published 7 scientific researches (among them 3 in English), 3 papers in international conferences proceedings (Copenhagen, Geneva, Prague).
The spheres of his scientific activity are: fiscal and monetary policy, consumption functions, economic cycle, transition economy.
He is the winner of scientific grants of Shota Rustaveli National Scientific Foundation of Georgia.
