She was born on June 14, 1983. Has graduated Tbilisi State University, bachelor and master degree in “Accounting, Analyze and audit.
In 2004 she worked as tax accountant in JSC “Tbilisi Electrical Systems”.
Since 2005 he worked in accounting and law department at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
In 2007-2011 Rusa Participated in IFC and WB joint project “Doing business.
In November of 2010 Rusa is appointed as a Manager at Gutidze Damenia Chantladze Solutions. Later she was promoted to the position of Senior Manager.
In January 2013 until now she became Director of Tax and Business Advisory Group
